Shayne joined Pioneer Capital in 2017 and focuses on sourcing and managing investments and leads our private debt programme. He oversees Pioneer Capital’s Izon, anihana, LittleOak, SkillsVR and Comply Pro private debt investments. Shayne was previously a director of Tally Group, The Rees, Laybuy, Konnect and Smartfoods and was also previously involved with investments in Parkable, GEO, Vesper Marine, Pet Doctors and WhereScape. Prior to Pioneer Capital, Shayne was an Associate Director – Corporate Finance at GE Capital, Sydney, and before that worked at ASB Bank.
