James joined Pioneer Capital in 2021 and assists with sourcing and managing investments. He is currently a director of Optimal Workshop and Raglan Food Co, is involved with Pioneer Capital’s investment in Rockit Global and was involved with Pioneer Capital’s investment in Coffee Supreme. Prior to Pioneer Capital, James ran a boutique strategy and investment consulting firm and was a Principal at Stakeholder Strategies, a local growth-oriented strategy firm founded by ex-Boston Consulting Group consultants. He also brings experience from Macquarie, PwC and Merrill Lynch where he worked in Sydney.
