Max joined Pioneer Capital in 2026, where he co-leads our private debt programme and focuses on sourcing and managing investments in growing mid-market companies. Prior to Pioneer Capital, Max was Area Manager of the Corporate Growth Team at Westpac New Zealand, and before that held commercial and corporate banking roles at Kiwibank and ANZ.
